January has a way of sneaking up on us. The holidays are over, the days are still dark, everything feels a little heavier — in your body, your mood, your motivation.
The Winter Reset is a weekly breathwork series created to help you come back to center during the hardest part of winter. These guided sessions give your nervous system a break from constant tension and invite a sense of calm, clarity, and steadiness that builds week by week.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or pushing for a better mindset. It’s about giving your body what it needs so you can feel lighter, more grounded, and more at ease — not just during the session, but in your everyday life. If January tends to drain you, this is your invitation to reset.
Sessions take place on Zoom. Recordings available. To prepare for the session: Set yourself up lying down in comfortable clothing. Headphones can help you go inwards. No prior experience required.
