Sarah invites you to broaden your yoga practice by discovering this ancient practice of Yoga Nidra.  Workshops begin with gentle yoga poses to prepare for a guided meditation while resting in an extended Savasana.  By tapping into the subconscious, participants unleash the potential of their minds to be more focused, calm, creative and happy.

All levels are welcome.  Please bring a mat and any props you need to lie comfortably in Savasana for 40 minutes (blanket, bolster, pillow, etc.)  Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of deep, restful sleep.  

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology that combines postures, breathing, meditation, mantra and motion to effect a healing change in the practitioner. KundaliniYoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan practices have been organized into thousands of different sets, know as “kriyas.” Each kriya offers the same general yoga benefits — detoxing and balancing the body, quieting the mind, connecting the soul with the Infinite — and a specific benefit that can be anything from developing a kick-ass ass to fostering forgiveness to attracting prosperity.
